General Information
Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00
PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We're closed on
Sundays. For emergencies outside of office hours, please call
our 24/7 emergency line.
While we prefer scheduled appointments to ensure adequate time
for your care, we do accept walk-in patients during designated
hours (Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM). However, wait times
may vary depending on patient volume.
We have three convenient locations to serve you better. Our main
facility is located in downtown, with additional locations in
the north and south areas of the city. All locations offer
comprehensive medical services and ample parking.
Appointments & Scheduling
You can schedule an appointment by calling our office at (877)
404-1271, using our online patient portal, or by filling out the
contact form on our website. We typically offer same-day or
next-day appointments for urgent concerns.
Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, a list of
current medications, and any relevant medical records from other
healthcare providers. If this is your first visit, please arrive
15 minutes early to complete paperwork.
For routine check-ups and preventive care, we recommend
scheduling 2-4 weeks in advance. For specialty consultations,
allow 2-6 weeks depending on the service. Urgent care
appointments are often available same-day or next-day.
Insurance & Payment
We accept most major insurance plans including Blue Cross Blue
Shield, Aetna, UnitedHealth, Cigna, Medicare, and Medicaid.
Please call our office to verify that your specific plan is
accepted before your appointment.
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards (Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, Discover). We also offer payment
plans for qualifying patients and accept HSA/FSA cards.
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans for qualifying patients.
Our billing department will work with you to establish a payment
schedule that fits your budget. Please speak with our financial

Medical Services
While we don't operate a traditional emergency room, we provide
urgent care services during office hours. For life-threatening
emergencies, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency
room. We have 24/7 on-call physicians for urgent patient
concerns.
Test result timeframes vary by type: basic lab work (24-48
hours), imaging studies (1-3 days), and specialized tests (3-7
days). Urgent results are prioritized and may be available
sooner. We'll contact you as soon as results are available and
schedule follow-up appointments as needed.
Yes, we offer secure telemedicine appointments for routine
follow-ups, medication management, and certain consultation
services. Telemedicine appointments can be scheduled through our
patient portal or by calling our office. Some conditions still
require in-person evaluation.
